Veteran Indy Lights Presented by Cooper Tires driver, Aaron Telitz, has joined Belardi Auto Racing once again to compete at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway in the Freedom 100 Presented by Cooper Tires.
Wisconsin Native Telitz has spent the early part of 2019 competing with AIM Vasser Sullivan in the GTD class in the IMSA WeatherTech Championship, but is excited to be jumping back into a Dallara IL-15 car.
“It’s a little last minute obviously, but I can’t think of another team I’d trust more than Belardi Auto Racing to have a perfectly prepared car and the opportunity to hop in last minute and try to go win the Freedom 100. I also would not be able to make this happen without my sponsors stepping up and making this happen for me and the team,” said Aaron Telitz
The Freedom 100 Presented by Cooper Tires kicks off on May 23rd with practice beginning at 11am followed by qualifying at 1:45pm. May 24th the crown jewel of Indy Lights racing, the Freedom 100, goes green at 1:00pm.
