Madison, IL. (August 23, 2019) – Belardi Auto Racing and driver Lucas Kohl are returning to the World Wide Technology Raceway for round 14 of the 2019 Indy Lights Presented by Cooper Tires championship.
After having spent a successful day testing last week, the team feels very confident that they have the car and the driver to do well on Saturday night. This will be the rookies first race around the 1.25-mile oval, but after pounding out laps during the test Kohl feels confident.
“I’m very excited for my first race here at World Wide Technology Raceway. It’s a very difficult track, but we had a great test day last week and I feel very confident that me and my Belardi Auto Racing guys can put up a fight for the podium,” said Lucas Kohl
Lucas Kohl and the No. 5 Belardi Auto Racing team take to the track for practice on August 23rd at 3:00pm followed by qualifying later that night at 7:00pm.
